Tuition & Payment

Tuition is based on the full school year and divided into equal monthly payments. The school year runs August 2026 – July 2027.

  • Payments are due on the 1st of each month
  • Processed through Brightwheel, our billing platform
  • A discount is available for ACH or check payments — ask us for details
  • Tuition is not adjusted for absences, holidays, or school closures
  • The first or last month's tuition may be prorated depending on your child's start or end date
If Your Plans Change

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to withdraw your child from the program:

  • Written notice (email) is required
  • Your child's last day is 30 days from the date of notice
  • Any remaining account balance becomes a credit applicable to future services — preschool or clinical, for your child or a sibling

SOI does not provide cash refunds after the June 1 deposit window — only credits.

Health & Safety
  • Please keep children home when sick — we'll do the same for staff
  • If symptoms develop at school, families will be contacted for immediate pickup
  • In emergencies, we will call 911 and the family — parents are responsible for any medical costs
  • We are a nut-free school

Arrival & Pickup
  • Children must be signed in and out each day
  • Only individuals listed on your emergency contact form may pick up your child
  • Late pickup (after 5:00 PM) incurs a $1/minute fee after a 15-minute grace window
  • Please notify us in advance if you will be late dropping off or picking up

Program Planning

Programs and classrooms are built based on committed enrollment. If a program does not reach sufficient enrollment to run, families will be notified promptly and deposits will be fully refunded.

Confirming enrollment by May 22 ensures we can plan classrooms and staffing for each child.

School of Imagination is committed to a respectful, inclusive environment for all children, families, and staff. Behavior that is unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive — toward staff, providers, or other families — may result in appropriate action to protect our community.
