"No single discipline solves developmental challenges alone. Children benefit most when clinicians collaborate across specialties."
— Guiding principle · Integrated Early Childhood Care Initiative
An inclusive preschool built for every learner.
School of Imagination's preschool is designed for children with and without disabilities — learning together in small, carefully supported classrooms.
DRDP standards, Handwriting Without Tears, Zoo-phonics, and Zones of Regulation — designed for kindergarten readiness and a lifelong love of learning.
13–17 children per class, 3 educators per room. Children stay in their classroom family all year.
Preschool children can access speech, OT, and behavioral support on-site. Therapists and teachers coordinate directly on each child's plan.
Parent education, orientation into the SOI community, and a team that supports the adults as well as the child.
Our Inclusion Model
Children with and without disabilities learn together in the same classrooms — not as an accommodation, but as an intentional design. It benefits every child in the room.
- Access to developmental specialists who support all learners
- Peer-to-peer modeling and authentic friendship
- Builds empathy and collaboration in every child
- Personalized support without pulling children from their home classroom
- An environment where every child is appreciated, nurtured, and loved
