Connected.

This week I got an email from a young man who grew up in our programs, is now in college, and wanted to come back to volunteer. He said being part of a special needs community matters to him, and he wanted to give back to kids the way people gave to him.

That email says something about what we do. Not the programs, not the structure — the actual impact. Kids who come through here leave knowing they belonged, that they mattered, that people paid attention. And sometimes they come back.

This is what stays true about SOI and Happy Talkers, no matter what else changes. We touch kids and families and sometimes, years later, they want to be part of it again. We're building something people believe in.
