Team Reflection
Three weeks left, and there's no need to rush past them. This has been a year of real growth — for the kids, and for us as a team. Things have shifted and evolved, and through all of it the constant has been this: every one of you showing up for these children, every single day.
These final stretches are often where the biggest breakthroughs happen. Kids finding confidence right before summer. Relationships that took all year to build finally clicking. Let's finish strong and present, not just checking days off. And let's carry what we've learned this year — about these kids, about each other — into what's ahead for SOI.

Benefits Open Enrollment Meeting

Monday, July 6th will be Ms. Priscilla's last day. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors and appreciate all the work she has put in with the team, kiddos, and families.
Summer Ants Alert: Help Us Keep Them Out
As summer heat arrives, so do the ants. They're looking for food and water, and we need your help to keep them out. Please ensure no open food is left out. Store food in airtight containers or bags. Sweep your floors daily and wipe up crumbs from all surfaces. These small steps make a big difference for our facility.
