Tournament Rules & Guest Guide

Everything you need to feel confident at the tables — tournament format, the celebrity jersey knockout rule, re-buys & add-ons, and quick terms. Dealers will guide play. Most important rule: have fun.

♠️ Game Style

  • Texas Hold'em–style tournament
  • Players compete using tournament chips (no cash value)
  • Blinds increase each level to keep play moving
  • Dealers manage gameplay and betting

Celebrity Jersey Knockout Rule

  • Each table includes a celebrity player wearing their jersey
  • If you knock out the celebrity, you win their signed jersey
  • Tournament continues after jersey is awarded

🃏 How a Hand Works

  • Each player receives two private cards
  • Five community cards are revealed in stages
  • Betting rounds occur as cards are revealed
  • On your turn: Call, Raise, or Fold
  • Best five-card hand wins the pot

🎯 Blinds

  • Small Blind — player left of the dealer
  • Big Blind — next seat to the left
  • Blinds rotate and increase each level
  • Dealer will advise amounts as needed

🏆 Winning Hands (High to Low)

  1. 1 Royal Flush
  2. 2 Straight Flush
  3. 3 Four of a Kind
  4. 4 Full House
  5. 5 Flush
  6. 6 Straight
  7. 7 Three of a Kind
  8. 8 Two Pair
  9. 9 One Pair
  10. 10 High Card

Ties decided by highest card.

💥 Re-Buys & Add-Ons

  • Re-Buy — $50
    Available until the end of Level 5, only after a player is out of chips.
  • Add-On — $100
    One time at the end of Level 5, for any player still in the game.
  • No re-buys or add-ons after Level 5.

🏁 Elimination & Final Winner

  • After Level 5, losing all chips results in elimination
  • Tournament continues until one winner remains
  • Prizes awarded at the end

📚 Quick Terms

  • Chip Stack — your current chips
  • All-In — betting all chips
  • Felted — out of chips
  • Hand — one full round of play
  • Pot — chips bet during a hand
