Claudia McCormick, former Vice Mayor and Councilmember for the City of Dublin, is a recipient of numerous awards, including the State of CA Senate Proclamation, U.S. Congressional Record, Dublin Citizen of the Year, and numerous other certificates of service from local and national charities and business organizations. She is a current board member of Soroptimist International, Dublin Historical Preservation Association, and the People to People Foundation. Claudia is a published author, editor and former newspaper columnist.

Claudia will bring her fundraising, outreach, and development skills to the School of Imagination as a new board member. She has a vision to support SOI’s mission through growth management, policy organization, and Board of Directors development. As the parent of a disabled child, Claudia understands the impact School of Imagination has in the lives of its families, and she desires to enhance the overall wellbeing of SOI families through educational advancement.
